ASBURY PARK TENANT PRIVACY ALERT

Dear Asbury Park Apartment Renter,

In case you were not aware, the Asbury Town Council amended Ordinance 2021-40 on December 22, 2021, to require that Landlords disclose the full names and other personal information about every tenant.

There have been legal cases that found releasing this information is invasion of privacy and a violation of your civil rights.  Once the Landlords are forced to submit these documents, these records will be accessible to anyone who puts in a request through the City Government.
